Our Mission

Our mission is to reimagine institutions and build a future where all voices, especially those historically silenced, are seen, heard, and empowered.

To dismantle systemic inequities by honoring cultural sovereignty, supporting climate resilience, and expanding access to STEAM and healthcare education rooted in justice and ancestral wisdom.

What We Do

  • We develop inclusive, anti-colonial curricula and resources that center diasporic, Indigenous, and caste-abolitionist knowledge systems.

  • Our initiatives promote culturally competent healthcare practices and support mental and spiritual well-being.

  • We mobilize around climate resilience and land-based knowledge to create sustainable, community-led solutions.

  • We support underrepresented students through mentorship, career pathways, and partnerships in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.

Caroline Tuipē | Founder

Caroline Tuipē is a mother of three small humans, two small animals and wife to one very lucky husband. Born in the San Francisco Bay Area and raised partly in Christchurch, Aotearoa (New Zealand), Tuipē’s upbringing among Tongan elders and community leaders deeply impacted her approach to relationship building. During her pursuit of education, she drew inspiration from scholars like Angela Davis, Assata Shakur, Dr. Huey P. Newton, Epeli Hau‘ofa and Haunani-Kay Trask, inspired by narratives of interconnectedness and self-determination.

In the education sector, Tuipē has led transformative programs for institutions like Princeton University and the San Mateo County Office of Education, equipping students and educators with essential knowledge on career pathways in biotech and industry opportunities. Her collaborations with leading biotech companies bridge education and workforce development, creating accessible opportunities for all communities. Through her leadership, Tuipē continues to drive change, build bridges, and create lasting impact across industries, academia, and grassroots movements.

“When we support Pasifika, we dismantle the systems that hurt us all. I am especially passionate about education as the only way to transcend the barriers that exist in the US. Decolonise All’s mission fills a critical gap in STEM education which can lead to Pasifika generational wealth building and innovations that can benefit humanity and the planet.”
